Although Renee's program never lacks challenge, it does not cause pain, just a feeling of awareness that comes from the targeted muscles. After a thorough initial assessment, Renee created a very detailed program that was tailored to my specific needs. *Completed 6 weeks of foundation training via Renee's Remote program! This was a unique experience in that I followed a fully customized workout regimen from home! 

Weekly progress calls provided the guidance and frankly, the accountability I needed, while still allowing me to develop the discipline needed to maintain the program on my own. This is key to long term success in my opinion! 

The initial assessment is intense, as if the follow-up assessment. But what follows is a finely tuned program designed around my personal fitness goals with video links for technique demonstration as well as nutritional information ..without which I'd be rewarding myself with a pound of chocolate.

*I have been with Renee for 4+ years now, originally started in spring of 2012 with the motive of strengthening my 2 bad knees for a European Trip. That worked out great, since then I have had 2 knee replacements and worked myself back to health and am now stronger and better than I have ever been. I was never a strong fitness buff but the fact that I am still coming back after 4 years is a testament to Renee, she pushes you to do your best all while making it fun and interesting. She develops a plan that is right for you then slowly increases the level of difficulty while being mindful of your injury. Her sessions are varied, fun and challenging.
