*I've been training with Renee for a while now and really appreciate her program. She is methodical, efficient, upbeat and encouraging. Each session is well planned out, and she is always aware of what I'm capable of (even if I'm not!) without stressing my body out. As a runner it took me a while to enjoy resistance training, but her program is just hard enough to keep me interested and has improved my running. She's a wealth of information regarding health and wellness and is very careful to address previous injuries.
